Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Dinobot Island Toys Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase. This product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For Credit Card payments it may take up to 5 days for a refund to show on your card statement.

If the product is faulty or damaged, or something is wrong in any way, upon receipt please contact straight away to sort this for you.
If this is not initiated within 30 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund, so please check your items within this time limit.
